Shipping Information
1. Trailer Transport (1 unit)
- This option is recommended if you wish to have a single product delivered.
- Important! The customer is responsible for unloading. Please ensure you provide the necessary equipment and assistance to receive the product.
- The exact delivery date and time will be coordinated in advance.
2. Backload Truck Transport (2-3 units)
- If you order multiple products (2 or 3 units), shipping via backload truck is available.
- Important! Unloading remains the customer's responsibility in this case as well.
- The shipping schedule depends on available freight capacities; we will coordinate the exact timing in advance.
3. Small Self-Loading Crane Truck (2 units)
- With this shipping method, unloading is provided, so no separate loading equipment is required from the customer.
- Smaller crane vehicles maneuver more easily in tight spaces, making them ideal for locations with limited access.
- Please inform us in advance about any specific characteristics of the unloading area so we can send the appropriate vehicle!
4. Large Self-Loading Crane Truck (2 units)
- Similar to the small self-loading option, unloading is provided here as well.
- This option is recommended for larger or heavier products.
- Please ensure sufficient space for the crane vehicle to maneuver safely!
5. Personal Pickup at Our Premises
- If you prefer to transport the ordered products yourself, you may do so at our site.
- Important! The listed prices are ex-works prices (pickup at site), meaning the cost of shipping is not included in the purchase price.
- Please coordinate the pickup time with us in advance to ensure a smooth handover.
